Senior Backend Developer (C#/.NET)

Develop, maintain, and optimize secure, high-performance backend services in C#/.NET (including .NET 8+), SQL, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
Design and deliver RESTful APIs and microservices with clear contracts and clean boundaries.
Work closely with frontend, DevOps, design, and product to ship end-to-end features.
Turn business needs into technical decisions. Bring options. Defend trade-offs.
Keep quality high through code reviews, unit tests, and healthy engineering habits.
Track down bottlenecks, fix failures at the root, and prevent repeats.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth, repeatable releases.
Work in Agile routines that respect focus time and team cadence.
Stay current on tools and patterns. Propose changes when they matter.
Mentor junior engineers and help grow a learning culture.
6+ years building production backends with C#/.NET (incl. .NET Core/.NET 8+), SQL, Entity Framework, LINQ.
Strong Azure know-how (services, networking, identity, security).
Solid grasp of dependency injection, testing, and CI/CD.
Clear understanding of security, compliance, and data protection.
Sharp analytical skills and a habit of owning outcomes.
Communication that moves work forward in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
Containers in your toolbox (Docker, Kubernetes).
Event-driven chops (RabbitMQ or similar).
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Microsoft Azure certifications.
