The role

You’ll own critical pieces of the global month-end close, strengthen controls, and optimize the Salesforce ↔ NetSuite flow so our leaders have accurate, timely data. If you thrive on multi-entity, multi-currency complexity and enjoy automating the boring bits, you’ll feel at home here.

What you’ll do

Own the month-end close (multi-entity): journals, accruals, prepayments, FX revals, intercompany, eliminations, and group consolidations.
Revenue recognition (IFRS 15/ASC 606 basics): deferrals/allocations, multi-element arrangements; ensure clean billing→GL reconciliations.
AR & collections: invoice accuracy, aging/dunning, cash application; partner with Sales Ops to reduce DSO.
AP & expenses: vendor bills/credits, reimbursements, payment runs; support PO policy and approvals.
Tax & compliance: support indirect tax (VAT/GST/withholding) across jurisdictions; maintain evidence for exemptions; assist with statutory filings and audits.
Controls & audit readiness: close checklists, reconciliations, documentation, SoD; liaise with external auditors.
Automation & data: improve NetSuite (saved searches, dashboards) and the Salesforce integration; help standardize global processes and master data.
Reporting: monthly packs, variance analysis, and KPI support (ARR/MRR, gross margin, CAC payback, collections metrics).

What you bring

NetSuite (mandatory): 3–5+ years hands-on, ideally OneWorld (multi-entity, multi-currency, intercompany, consolidations).
Salesforce (mandatory): practical experience ensuring quote-to-cash data quality (Sales Cloud/CPQ basics, reporting).Strong command of GL, AR/AP, intercompany, and reconciliations in a scaling environment.
Solid working knowledge of revenue recognition for subscription/software models.
Advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) and comfort with building reconciliations and variance analyses.
Clear, proactive communication in a fully remote, cross-functional setup.

Nice to have

NetSuite ARM/Rev Rec, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book; SuiteAnalytics or BI (Power BI/Looker).
Experience with subscription billing (e.g., Chargebee/Stripe Billing/Zuora) and payment ops.
Familiarity with modern finance tools (e.g., Pleo, Deel, TravelPerk, Abacum/Pigment)
SaaS/software + multi-jurisdiction exposure (EU/UK/US/APAC).
