Build the systems that keep ships moving.

At CFARER, we create software that helps crews and offices work in rhythm.

Our promise is simple: making maritime life easier.

We have no shortage of ideas. What we need is someone who turns direction into finished assets, fast. This is a hands-on production role. You will work from clear briefs and execute, supported by professional usage of AI and digital creative tools.

What this role is not

Not an “ideas-only” role. Not a brand theorist position. Not a job where work sits unfinished in tools. We need a producer, a finisher.

Visual storytelling across social and web, plus the assets Sales and leadership need to tell the story with credibility.

  • Social assets: carousel posts, single images, thumbnails, simple animations.

  • Videos: editing, subtitling, exports for platform specs (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube shorts).

  • Presentation slides and visual support material (PowerPoint).

  • Short copy where needed: headlines, captions, CTAs aligned with the creative brief.

  • Occasional on-site or remote photo/video capture

  • Translate supplied story ideas into finished assets. You will not start from zero. You will execute what is defined.

  • Design within our brand system and improve it where it helps speed and consistency.

  • Edit and deliver platform-ready videos. Clean cuts, strong pacing, readable subtitles.

  • Turn assets around on schedule and incorporate feedback efficiently.

  • Build a template kit that makes production faster and protects consistency.

  • Keep an organized asset library. Clear naming, versions, source files.

  • Proven graphic design execution (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)

  • Short-form video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia, or equivalent).

  • Solid experience producing content for social media. You know formats, exports, and what survives in feeding.

  • Strong layout and typography instincts. You keep things clean, readable, and consistent.

  • You work well from a brief and adapt quickly to feedback.

  • You want to become more creative and conceptual once you have a feeling for the brand.

  • Basic motion graphics (After Effects).

  • Photography experience or ability to do simple shoots.

  • B2B, tech, or maritime communications experience.

  • Strong PowerPoint slide design at presentation quality.

  • German is a plus. English deliverables are required.

  • Portfolio with relevant examples, including graphics and at least one short video.

  • An international work environment with a down-to-earth, maritime-minded culture.

  • Strong learning and development opportunities, with room to grow your craft.

  • 30 days of annual leave.

  • A 39-hour work week.

  • A flexitime account and genuinely flexible working hours.

  • Hybrid working as a standard, not an exception.

  • A family-friendly setup that respects life alongside work.

  • An office location right on the Warnow waterfront.

  • A Germany Ticket (Deutschlandticket) to support your commute.
