Customer Success Specialist - Digital Port Clearance

In this role, you will be part of our core team, working alongside Customer Success, Product Management, Development, and Sales. You will play a key role in customer support, maintaining and analyzing maritime and customer data, and supporting clients to ensure they get maximum value from our solutions. This is a role combining customer interaction, data responsibilities, and operational tasks.
Customer Success & Operations
Successfully onboard new customers.
Perform back-office tasks such as data management and new account setup.
Configure and add new ports to the platform as part of our global coverage roadmap.
Provide customer support and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Work in shifts (a typical 9–5 mindset won’t apply) and occasionally take weekend shifts.
Maintain and update the database for our commercial maritime products.
Proactively identify data discrepancies and perform corrections.
Create documentation based on data analysis.
Take ownership of the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.

Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, IT, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in customer support or in the maritime sector (onboard, port services, or maritime software).

A growth mindset and entrepreneurial attitude – you see challenges as learning opportunities.

Strong affinity with digitalization and IT; knowledge of SQL or GraphQL is a plus.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English (spoken & written).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex topics quickly.

Enthusiasm for working with people combined with accuracy in managing and interpreting data.
Interest in maritime rules and regulations.
Experience in data collection, documentation, or data management.
Familiarity with digital maritime solutions.
