The Head of Consulting & PMO – Maritime Solutions will lead the strategic growth, innovation, and delivery excellence of the company’s global consulting practice within the maritime and shipping sector.
This executive role will oversee a customer success team of consultants and project managers to help maritime clients optimize performance, enhance digital transformation, and achieve operational, regulatory, and sustainability goals.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of maritime domain expertise, consulting leadership experience, and a strong commercial mindset to drive business growth and client impact worldwide.
Business Development & Client Engagement
Partner with the executive team and sales organization to drive consulting-led business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with senior maritime stakeholders, including shipowners, operators, port authorities, and regulators.
Identify and shape large-scale transformation projects that leverage the company’s technology and data-driven solutions.
Operational Excellence
Lead global consulting teams across regions, ensuring consistent delivery quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Implement best-in-class methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks for consulting delivery.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing global consulting organization.
Promote cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver integrated maritime solutions.
Encourage innovation and talent growth through training, career development, and knowledge
sharing.

15+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or project management within the maritime, logistics, or transportation industry.

Proven track record in leading large-scale consulting teams or practices at a global or regional level.

Deep understanding of maritime operations, fleet management, digital technologies, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., IMO, ESG).

Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and delivering client transformation projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field.
