We are building a focused ABM engine in the maritime B2B market. We need someone who can take clear priorities and turn them into clean workflows, reliable reporting, and repeatable plays that Sales trusts.

You will own the operational backbone of marketing and help turn account signals into action. You will build and run the system. You are the person who brings structure to creativity.

Hands-on role. AI is your friend. Small team. High ownership.

  • Own and improve our marketing stack and workflows with tools like ActiveCampaign, Common Room, WordPress, Salesforce etc., in  alignment with Sales Ops.

  • Build ABM plays end-to-end. Define account tiers, segmentation, buying groups, journeys, and activation rules.

  • Set up and maintain clean data foundations. Contact and account governance, definitions, routing, hygiene.

  • Create reporting that leadership and Sales use. Clear visibility on account engagement and pipeline influence.

  • Run lifecycle journeys (nurture, reactivation, event follow-up). Ensure handoffs and follow-through work.

  • Strong systems + AI curiosity, and fast onboarding into new tools.

  • Data fluency. You can diagnose funnel leaks and fix them.

  • Maritime knowledge/experience.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow, clear communication, and high reliability.

  • Practical ABM mindset. You think in plays, not one-off campaigns.

  • German is a plus. English deliverables are required.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Common Room, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, and similar.

  • Experience building routing logic, scoring models, and lifecycle programs.
