Know who handles data on our behalf.

At CFARER, trust is not a slogan. It’s operational. Like a bridge checklist before departure.

To deliver our services, we work with a small number of vetted third parties. Some support core infrastructure (hosting, monitoring, backups). Others help us run the business responsibly (customer support, communications, security tooling).

Where those partners process personal data for us, they act as processors or sub-processors.

Sub processors

A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process personal data on our behalf when we act as a processor for our customers. In other cases, the same provider may act as our processor (for example, when we are the controller for website visitors or job applicants).

We don’t bring anyone on board without a proper review. Before a provider can process data, we assess security and privacy controls, confirm contractual safeguards, and ensure they only process data on documented instructions and under a binding agreement. This aligns with the core requirements for engaging (sub-)processors under GDPR.

Scroll down for the details. You’ll see what each provider does, where they are located, and which type of processing role they have in the chain.

Where legally required (including under DORA for relevant operational resilience disclosures), we also specify the processing location.

Sub-processor Purpose Location Link
PostHog, Inc. Product analytics and event tracking EU
Amplitude, Inc. Behavioral analytics and data visualization US
SurveySparrow Inc. Customer feedback and survey management US/EU

Questions. Changes. Transparency.

This list exists for one reason: you should always know who supports CFARER behind the scenes.

We keep this page up to date. If we add or replace a sub-processor, or if a sub-processor materially changes what they do (or where they do it), we will update this page and, where applicable, notify subscribers in advance.
